  • Provide the resources and coaching to the staff in order to foster success.
  • Recruit key corporate leaders to serve as chairpersons of select council activities and events.
  • Make the annual food drive a partnership event with the Scouts and the community at-large and use this to recruit and cultivate top corporate leaders to serve on the executive board.
